Step 10: Cut the 1 1/2inch ribbon to cover the rubber bands, make sure to overlap about 1"-2".
Overlapthem at the same spot where you pinned the towels. Make sure you glue ribbon to ribbon, with no glue on
any of the towels.
Next pin towl ends down to cake as in picture tomake them lay flat.
