For my handsome big brother Chuck, for Christmas. From, Big Book of Quick Afghans, I knitted #02 Traditional with size 17 circular needle. Using I Love This Yarn ! in #130 Dark Olive. Very Soft, very warm and comfy. I love the way this color turned out. It's 71 inches long.
Just a quiet spot where I can share my love of crafts. I have a yarn, fabric, pattern and loom addiction. I am a brain-stem stroke survivor, you can stop in at Raverly.com and say hi, my name is barbarabradford

Joey's Round Ripple is Finished
My Tennessee, nephew's Round Ripple for Christmas. Joey is a big Detroit Lion's football fan, As of today, what 11 losses in a row? Doesn't matter though Joey still loves them. This tri-color Round Ripple is crocheted with a G Hook, from I Love This Yarn! in #90 Navy, #190 Light Gray and #250 Dark Country Blue to match his dad's afghan. This afghan ended up being 72 inches from point to point.
This is my very handsome nephew, Joey. Joey has Downs. His favorite past-time is reading books, and giving the best hugs in Tennessee.
I am looming both Joey and his Dad hats to match their afghans, that way they will be snuggy from head to toe. Now I just have to get these wrapped and sent out.
On another note, my husband ordered me a new Annie's Attic book today, Special Techniques & Stitches Afghans. He fell in love with a spiral-ghan pattern. Perhaps I can make a switch after Christmas to some spirals.

I sure hope you will all have a wonderful, Blessed Thanksgiving.
