I had some yarn left over from the Yellow and black Lyn's Round Ripple Afghan. I thought my Grand-daughter who absolutely loves anything yellow would enjoy a fun hat. I found a cute hat pattern in "100 Hats to knit and crochet by Jean Leinhauser and Rita Weiss"Hat #58, Burgundy Stripes. I used a single strand of 100% acrylic Worsted Weight and an I Hook. The yarn was I Love This Yarn! from Hobby Lobby #30 Black and #330 Yellow. This pattern was quick, only a couple hours while I watched Court TV. I am going to see if I have enough yarn to make a matching scarf.
