Christmas Projects

Christmas seems to be heading directly at me this year. I have sort of set my Christmas project list a bit high. I am attempting to keep everyone warm, so afghans, scarfs and hats are the priority.

The grand kids are growing so fast that I can't keep up with what they want so this year their main gift will be money, but I wanted to add the personal Jamma touch.

I love looking at every one's round ripples over at Crochetville so I am attempting to make all the kids one. The adults are going to get afghans from the Leisure Art book, Big Book of Quick Knit Afghans. There are 24 wonderful patterns so I can pick and choose.

I have started crocheting one day and then knitting the next, keeping my carpal tunnel under control. All my travel time is back to my charity hats on looms. I adore the knifty knitter looms, I have wooden ones, that are smaller gauge, but I always turn back to the plastic ones for mindless riding in the vehicle.
