Made this lovely Tropical Treat Cake, and found out neither myself or my husband likes the bitter orange flavor in this cake from those dear, Mennonite Girls Can Cook Blog. I think I will try it again without the orange peel, because we both like the texture and the idea of a cake that can be served without icing.

When I listen to radio, it is local programming WTAM & WHK.....
1100am & 1420 am......and sydicated programs. Gonna try this tropical cake...nice no frosting..perfect for my boy's lunch box...the frosting won't get all over everything.....
