Baby's T is for Turtle Washcloth
This is my design for a small washcloth for baby, it blocked to a 7 inch square. It has the letter T on it but you can easily leave that part off. I gave it a tickle eye, just double knot a piece of worsted cotton (I used Dark Brown) leave a tail. Thread a tapestry needle and pull the knot through the washcloth where you want the eye. Make sure you go through the yarn and not a hole. Once through, tie another not as close to the fabric as you can, repeat. Now cut both sides to just barely above the knot ( aka the tickle part).

i am hoping you are ok, i haven't heard from you in a while, MIA?
ReplyDeleteHi Barbara,
ReplyDeleteAlways looking for simpler...I want to move from this huge noisy city, with its 80,000 some people to a small town...so much involved which has to thought about, the kids,jobs,relocating....If money were no object...it would be different...a BIG obstacle...so I have to try to keep it simple where I am for now...but it is an oxymoron... the canning...no horseradish for me....do you process you emu & ostrich, or do you buy it already purchased? Do you live in the US? Have a great day...Faith
Oh yes there is always tomarrow, the stuff dreams are made of....55 acres definately more than a stones throw away from anybody.....that is alot of clothesline hee-hee....we gotta have those maybe somedays.....it gets us thru doesn't it... I love the smell of the tomatoes too, there is nothing like it...I actually wound up not starting them yesterday....but did simplify
ReplyDeletein other ways.....Have a great day...
